The rooms with settee, sofa plus hot drinks, very efficient and friendly efficient staff that handled our check-in and check-out. Central location, great place for discovering Chester.

The rooms are neat and have a pleasant view of the town center. Great and lovely location, close enough to the High Street, shops, zoo, and all attractions like walking along the city wall. The Church of St. Peter is easily reachable.

I appreciated the room and its modern decor. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall sensational.

It was about 0.5 km from the airport.

The venue is a cozy base for exploring Chester attractions. The room is reasonably priced. They provide amazing scrambled eggs, fruit, and bangers.

Brilliant hot chocolate and coffee at breakfast. Newly decorated units with coffee, the heater, as example. Best possible and brilliant location, next door to The Cross. 15 minutes by car from the airport.

Location in the city center. Parking just at the hotel and free of charge.

Our room was facing the street, a lot of traffic noise even when the window was closed, which was very annoying. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast room was inconvenient, the quality of the breakfast was very mediocre. We will not book this hotel again.

The location in a very comfortable area was absolutely perfect with a shopping centre and main shopping street nearby. The staff was extremely helpful and well managed all the time.

When we arrived at the hotel at 14 h, we were told that there was no room available, we should wait. Nobody cared about us. When we asked for 1 hour, all of a sudden a room was ready. We were expected to be told.

This place is right in the middle of everything, so you can easily check out all the cool historical spots nearby. The breakfast here is top-notch - they've got hot chocolate, coffee, and some tasty scrambled eggs. The staff is super friendly and always on top of things to make your stay smooth and easy. 🌟

The location is amazing, right next to a beautiful park, the breakfast offers plenty of options, and the staff is friendly and provides outstanding service.

Temperature in the room too warm, the window could not be opened completely. Kettle was a little dirty.
